Master Classes are a separate ticketed event for those attendees looking to explore and reimagine the more complex processes in the dealership. These sessions have a maximum capacity of only 16 attendees, and a 4:1 ratio of attendee to PBS expert.

What is included in the Masterclass ticket?Each Masterclass ticket grants the attendee access to 1 x Masterclass session on Friday September 26th (view details). Meals (continental breakfast, lunch, snacks) Upon completion of the session, a PBS Consultant will be assigned to help you execute your Master Plan once you are back at the dealership. *NOTE* The Masterclass ticket does not include access to Dealer Conference (sessions, meals, networking events), transportation to/from, or accommodations.

What are my parking options at the Hyatt Regency Long Beach Hotel?There is self-parking and valet parking directly at the hotel. What is the cancellation policy?Cancellations prior to Tuesday, September 2nd are entitled to a full refund of the registered Conference Fee, Masterclass ticket, and/or Social Pass. No refunds will be provided after September 2nd .

Can I bring a guest to Dealer Conference?Yes, you are welcome to bring a guest. Social Passes are available for $150 USD, granting access to our Welcome Reception on Tuesday, Sept 23rd, and Networking Reception at The Queen Mary on Wednesday, Sept 24th. * NOTE * Social Passes do not include access to Conference meals (continental breakfasts, lunches, snacks) or sessions, and do not include a Welcome Kit.
