Each Masterclass ticket grants the attendee access to one Masterclass session on Friday, September 26th (view details)(https://www.pbsdealerconference.com/new-masterclass). Other ticket inclusions; • Masterclass workbook for the session selected. • Meals (continental breakfast, lunch, and snacks) • Upon completion of the session, a PBS Consultant will be assigned to help you execute your Master Plan once you are back at the dealership. *NOTE* The Masterclass ticket does not include access to Dealer Conference (sessions, meals, or networking events), transportation to/from, or accommodations.

Cancellations prior to Tuesday, September 2nd are entitled to a full refund of the registered Conference Fee, Masterclass ticket, and/or Social Pass. No refunds will be provided after September 2nd.

Yes, you are welcome to bring a guest. Social Passes are available for $150 USD, granting access to our Welcome Reception on Tuesday, September 23rd, and Networking Reception at The Queen Mary on Wednesday, September 24th. * NOTE * Social Passes do not include access to Conference meals (continental breakfasts, lunches, or snacks) or sessions, and do not include a Welcome Kit.
